We are looking for an energetic, organised, and customer-focused Front of House (FOH) Supervisor to help lead our floor team and maintain the award-winning standards our customers love.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate FOH staff during shifts, ensuring excellent team morale and seamless communication between the floor and the kitchen.
- Customer Experience: Maintain our reputation for world-class service by greeting guests, managing seating flow, resolving customer feedback efficiently, and ensuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Daily Operations: Oversee opening and closing procedures, manage cash drawer reconciliations, and ensure the front-of-house area remains clean, stocked, and visually appealing.
- Training & Development: Assist in onboarding and training new team members on customer service standards, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and health and safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Ensure all beverages and service items meet our high quality and presentation standards before reaching the customer.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or senior role within a fast-paced cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Leadership Mindset: Strong ability to lead by example, delegate tasks effectively, and keep calm under pressure during peak rush hours.
- Excellent Communication: Outstanding interpersonal skills to connect with both our loyal customers and our tight-knit team.
- Reliability & Flexibility: Available to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and early morning starts.
- Passion for Hospitality: A genuine love for great food, excellent coffee, and creating memorable community spaces.
