Pastry Chef – Croissant & Viennoiserie Specialist

We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Pastry Chef specialising in croissants and laminated doughs to join our growing wholesale bakery.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing premium-quality viennoiserie and enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
About the Role
You will be responsible for producing a wide range of laminated pastries, including:
- Croissants
- Pain au Chocolat
- Danish pastries
- Cinnamon Scrolls
- Pain aux Raisins
- Seasonal and specialty viennoiserie
You will be involved in the complete production process, including:
- Dough mixing
- Lamination
- Sheeting
- Cutting and shaping
- Proofing
- Baking
- Maintaining consistency and high-quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience producing croissants and laminated pastries.
- Strong knowledge of dough development, fermentation and butter lamination.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production bakery.
- High attention to detail and pride in producing exceptional products.
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
