SOUQ is a modern Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant in Leederville. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Chef or Cook to join our kitchen team on a casual basis.
About the role
- Casual position offering approximately 38 hours per week
- Evening shifts on Tuesday and Wednesday, lunch and dinner shifts from Thursday to Sunday.
- Food preparation and cooking during busy services
- Maintaining consistent presentation and food quality
- Following food-safety, cleaning and kitchen procedures
- Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience working as a Chef or Cook in a busy restaurant
- Strong food-preparation and cooking skills
- Ability to remain organised during busy service periods
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team
