We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Team Members / Baristas to join our Wendouree store. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love making great coffee, and thrive in a team setting, we'd love to hear from you!
We have opportunities available for Junior and Senior Team Members, including one Full-Time position for an experienced Senior Team Member.
About the Role
As a Retail Team Member / Barista, you'll help create an exceptional customer experience by preparing quality coffee, serving our delicious donuts, and ensuring our store is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Serving and packaging donuts and other products
- Operating the POS and handling customer transactions
- Restocking products and maintaining store presentation
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
- Working collaboratively with your team during busy service periods
What We're Looking For

Experience
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is highly regarded.
- Senior applicants should have previous barista or coffee-making experience.
- Junior applicants are encouraged to apply, with full training provided.
Availability Requirements
Applicants must have flexible availability Monday to Sunday between 6:30 AM and 7:30 PM.
You must be willing to:
- Work opening and closing shifts
- Work Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as required
- Work a flexible roster based on business needs
Please note: We currently have one Full-Time opportunity available for an experienced Senior Team Member. Casual opportunities are also available for suitable applicants.
