We are seeking passionate, experienced, and customer-focused Part time Client Advisor 3 days a week (2 weekdays & 1 weekend day) to join our new Sydney boutique located in Westfield Sydney. The store is now opened!
You will play a key role in bringing the Chow Tai Fook experience to life, ensuring every client encounter reflects the brand’s heritage, artistry, and exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an outstanding customer experience, creating an exceptional shopping experience.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our products, including features and styling options, to effectively assist customers.
- Assist in achieving sales targets by engaging with customers and recommending suitable products
- Manage inventory level through conducting inventory counts and maintaining clear inventory records.
- Ensure the store is impeccably maintained, with visual displays that reflect the brand’s image and current promotions.
- Able to commit to retail hours
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferably in the jewelry industry / luxury brands.
- Passion for luxury products and a keen sense of style.
- Presentable, pleasant with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Multilingual to cater to different groups of clienteles.
