Your New Role
Sit at the heart of a fund-wide transformation and help shape how our employees think, feel and act as AI becomes an increasingly important part of the way we work. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast paced environments, is energised by ambiguity and can seamlessly move between strategy and execution. You'll play a key role in influencing how people understand, adopt and benefit from AI, while working alongside passionate leaders and a highly regarded internal communications team.

Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the development of a compelling narrative on how Aware is transforming our fund through AI and Data.
- Hold a strategic centralised role in the AI Workforce Transformation program, to support the roadmap, capability framework, learning interventions and adoption milestones through communications to our people.
- Bring influence as a trusted adviser, and partner, to the Executive and Senior Leadership team on communications design, and delivery of AI related content.
- Help design and implement AI and Data transformation related communication strategies that don't just check boxes, but change how information flows through our organisation.
- Work collaboratively within the Internal Comms team to identify ways to improve and enhance our communications and experiences, and seek contemporary and innovative ways to communicate and connect with our people.
How do you exceed our expectations?
- Significant experience in internal communications within large, complex organisations.
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders from frontline employees through to senior executives.
- Confidence working in fast-moving environments where priorities evolve and ambiguity is part of the journey.
- Experience supporting organisational change, transformation or major business initiatives.
- An interest in AI and the future of work, though deep technical or AI expertise is not required.
