Radical Recruitment is partnering with a new early learning service near Rooty Hill that's looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Director to take the reins and create something truly special. What's the role?
As Centre Director, you'll be responsible for leading the service across all aspects of operations, quality, compliance, team development, and family engagement.
Most importantly, you'll be creating a centre where:

- Educators feel supported, appreciated, and motivated to succeed

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves building teams, driving occupancy, and creating a positive centre culture.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Centre Director
- Holds a Bachelor or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Understands the National Quality Framework and Children's Services Regulations
- Leads with confidence, positivity, and professionalism
- Is passionate about mentoring and developing educators
- Builds strong relationships with families and the local community
- Wants to be part of an exciting growth journey
