The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable Operational Support Specialist to join our AMA Collision ACT/ NSW, supporting multiple sites across ACT/NSW.
This is a permanent, full-time role that will be based at one of our various ACT repair centres with flexibility and travel required to other various sites as needed in our AMA Collision ACT/ NSW network.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with leadership teams to support day-to-day operations, administration, and customer outcomes across a regional network.
About the role
In this varied position, you will:

Provide operational and administrative support across multiple locations

Assist with workflow coordination, scheduling, and customer bookings
-
Support teams during peak periods, leave coverage, or operational change
-
Help maintain consistent processes and business standards
-
Contribute to projects, reporting, and process improvements
-
Assist with invoicing, job completion, quoting of customer repairs and general administration
About you
To be successful, you will bring:
-
Experience in administration, operations, customer service, or coordination
-
Experience within the automotive collision industry (mandatory)
-
Experience with vehicle quoting/ estimating
-
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
-
Confidence working independently across multiple teams
-
Solid Microsoft Office skills (experience with business systems highly regarded)
