Support Worker – Part-Time/Permanent
United Support Services FNQ is a registered NDIS provider proudly supporting the Cairns region since 2022. We specialise in Supported Independent Living (SIL), Mental Health Support, Psychosocial Disabilities, and Positive Behaviour Support, delivering personalised, participant-focused care that promotes choice, independence, and quality of life.
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our growing team.
About the Role
- Part-time permanent position (25–35 hours per week)
- Flexible roster including weekends and sleepover shifts
- Supporting participants across the Cairns region
- Assisting with personal care, daily living tasks, and community access
- Providing support to participants with mental health needs, high-intensity care requirements, and complex behaviours
About You
- Compassionate, proactive, and dependable
- Able to work independently and adapt to changing situations
- Committed to following policies, procedures, and participant support plans
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs is highly desirable
