Help people live more independently. We're looking for a driven, confident, and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Consultant to join our growing team supplying mobility and wellness products that make a genuine difference in people's daily lives.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations with customers, thrives on achieving targets, and takes pride in delivering solutions that actually improve people's quality of life. You'll work across in-store, phone, and email channels, supporting customers from first enquiry through to final sale, as part of a high-performing, supportive team.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Engage with customers in-store, by phone, and via email to understand their needs
- Recommend suitable products and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage sales enquiries from start to finish
- Work towards and achieve individual and team sales targets
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records in internal systems
- Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams for smooth order fulfilment
- Stay informed on product ranges, supplier updates, and promotions
About You:
- Experience in sales, retail, or strong customer service
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Motivated by targets and comfortable closing sales
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Competent with computers, including Microsoft Office, email, and online systems
- Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team
- Experience with POS, CRM, or task management systems (e.g. Retail Express, ClickUp) is an advantage
- Ability to obtain or hold a National Police Clearance
- Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC)
