I have recently partnered with a growing Web3 business that is looking for a project manager to oversee the development and operations of their growth.

Headquartered here in Sydney, this Web3 business is hoping to transform the world of data, allowing it to be completely open and accessible to anyone, anytime. To do so, the organisation has created a global decentralised network aimed at storing important global data without a middleman. This is the largest open Web3 data lake, covering about 80% of the entire Web3 and Crypto ecosystem, but going forward the company has big plans to start expanding out into other industries including public health and research data.
Role
Working within this company, you will oversee the development and operations of this network managing projects, guiding a high-performing engineering team towards project delivery, articulate complex technical concepts to audiences, and also identify industry trends and integrate them into the product. You will be working very closely with the engineering leadership team to drive project completion with determination, ensuring all team members are focused and productive.
Requirements
- Start-up project management experience is a must.
- You have come from a software engineering/computer science background, you have a solid understanding of being able to comprehend and oversee technical aspects.
- Adaptability, you can work within an environment that will require you to change strategies/adjust to evolving circumstances.
- Proven track record of managing and delivering projects.
- Great communication skills.
- An eager attitude to want to work within the Web3/Crypto/Blockchain industry.
