You possess advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (specifically AODocs) and Microsoft Excel, with an aptitude for learning specialised property management software.

You have experience navigating contractor compliance, including the verification of WHS documentation, insurance, and Working with Children Checks.
•
You are a proactive problem-solver who can triage competing demands in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professional composure.
•
You demonstrate financial administrative capability, with experience managing purchase orders and assisting with budget monitoring.
•
You hold (or are willing to obtain) a current and valid NSW Working with Children Check (Employee) clearance.

You manage campus security by programming access cards, distributing keys, and monitoring car park compliance.

You coordinate the College fleet, managing everything from registration and insurance to maintenance scheduling and GPS tracking.

You act as a responsive communication hub, resolving service requests and ensuring smooth daily operations for all College stakeholders.
•
You support financial accountability by processing purchase orders and tracking expenditure against departmental budgets.
