About the Role
As a Cafe All-Rounder, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our customers by delivering excellent service and supporting the day-to-day operations of the café.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving quality coffee and beverages
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Assisting with food preparation and presentation
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Replenishing stock and supporting general café operations
- Working effectively as part of a busy team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 1 year of local barista experience
- Australian café experience demonstrating proficiency in local coffee culture and service standards
- Ability to produce consistent, high-quality coffee in a busy environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliability and punctuality
- Availability to work a mix of weekdays and weekends
- Experience in a fast-paced café environment
