Role Summary
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong Angular and Python expertise to build and enhance AI-powered document processing applications. You'll work across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and API development to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions while collaborating with data scientists and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Design and build RESTful APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI).
- Integrate frontend applications with AI workflows, cloud storage, and backend services.
- Build and maintain secure, scalable, and production-ready applications.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimise applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Resolve application, performance, and data integrity issues.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and development tooling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Maintain technical documentation and engineering standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Solid Python development experience, preferably with FastAPI.
- Experience designing REST APIs and web application architecture.
- Knowledge of authentication, API integration, and data modelling.
- Experience with unit and integration testing.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services, including storage, identity, and CI/CD.
- Experience working in Agile environments and production software delivery.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Desirable Skills
- C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Document Intelligence, or other AI/LLM solutions.
- Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture.
- Azure ML, containerisation (Docker), GitLab CI/CD.
- GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development experience.
