Greenstreat Brisbane is looking for enthusiastic and friendly Front of House Team Members to join our team!

About the Role
As a Front of House Team Member, you'll be an important part of creating an awesome experience for every Greenstreat guest. You'll work alongside our team to keep the venue running smoothly, serve fresh food, and make sure every customer leaves happy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders and provide great service.
- Prepare and serve fresh food and drinks to our high standards.
- Operate the POS system and process payments.
- Keep the front of house clean, organised, and well stocked.
- Maintain high food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Learn our menu, seasonal products, and dietary requirements.
- Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly.
- Support opening and closing procedures.
- Create an energetic, welcoming, and positive atmosphere for guests and team members.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is friendly, energetic, and enjoys working with people.
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn.
- Works well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Has great communication and customer service skills.
- Takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail.
- Is reliable, punctual, and willing to get stuck in.
- Can stay calm and positive when things get busy.
- Is available to work a flexible roster, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- No previous hospitality experience is required – we'll train you!
