FinXL is seeking an Atlassian / Jira Specialist to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading banking client on a key transformation engagement.
Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end administration, maintenance, and support for Jira Cloud and Confluence.
Design, configure, and optimise custom Jira workflows, screen schemes, and permission schemes.
Manage user access, project roles, and security spaces within Confluence and Jira environments.
Troubleshoot system configuration issues and resolve platform support tickets efficiently.
Partner with business teams to translate functional tracking needs into structured Jira schemas.
Maintain documentation guidelines and clean architecture within Confluence workspaces.
Key Skills & Experience
4 to 5 years of dedicated hands-on experience administering and supporting Jira Cloud.
Strong technical expertise in Jira configuration, advanced workflows, fields, and custom schemas.
Proven experience managing and supporting Confluence spaces and user documentation structures.
Solid understanding of access controls, user management, and permission schemes.
Focused platform expertise dedicated to Atlassian tools without requiring outside technology stacks.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset for internal stakeholders.
