A Health Systems Support Specialist provides technical and functional support for the MediRecords platform, ensuring healthcare professionals can efficiently use the electronic health record system while maintaining system reliability and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first- and second-level technical support for the MediRecords platform.
- Troubleshoot software, user account, and system integration issues.
- Assist healthcare providers with EHR configuration and workflow optimization.
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex technical issues.
- Deliver user training and create support documentation.
- Collaborate with implementation, engineering, and customer success teams.
- Ensure compliance with Australian healthcare privacy and security standards.
- Maintain accurate support tickets and resolve customer inquiries within service-level agreements (SLAs).
Pay: From $9,000.00 per month
