ROLE PURPOSE
As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of customers across the Services, Industrial, Government, and Care sectors (including Aged Care and Queensland Health).
You'll build trusted, long-term partnerships by delivering tailored solutions, commercial insights, and exceptional customer service. Focused on driving growth, customer retention, and strategic account development, you'll play a key role in helping customers create better work-life outcomes while contributing to Winc's continued commercial success.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manage the retention, growth, and profitability of a strategic customer portfolio.
Develop and execute tailored account strategies aligned with customer needs and Winc's business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organisations.
Leverage industry knowledge and Winc's product and service offering to deliver value-driven solutions.
Proactively manage the full customer lifecycle, from account planning and renewals to growth opportunities.
Identify and grow Share of Wallet through cross-selling, upselling, and strategic account development.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within a related industry.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse customer data and develop value-driven solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
A results-driven mindset with confidence, accountability, resilience, and adaptability.
