Jump! Swim Schools Mackay offers a boutique learn to swim environment for our customers. Our private, warm pool and small class sizes allows for a focused and dedicated experience for young swimmers. We believe in celebrating every child's achievement and supporting our team members every step of the way.
About the role:
We are seeking an experienced swim teacher to join our team on a casual basis for weekend and afternoon work. You will be teaching infants, toddlers and young children in a clean, private, indoor environment.
Our swim teachers play an important role in delivering high-quality lessons and supporting the ongoing development of our students.
You will:
- Deliver lessons according to the Jump! program standards.
- Support student progress and maintain lesson consistency.
- Ensure safety in all lessons and the pool area.
- Attend training, apply learnings, and stay updated on certifications.
- Keep the pool area tidy.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with families.
About you
- Hold a current Swimming and Water Safety Teacher certification
- Demonstrate previous experience in teaching learn to swim classes
- Current Working With Children Check, First Aid and CPR
- Enjoy working with children
- Great at building relationships with parents and care givers

Pay: $26.00 – $36.00 per hour
