We’re looking for a
Technology Enterprise Applications Advisor
to join our INPEX Technology team in Perth on a permanent basis, with flexibility to work either full-time or 4 days per week (0.8 FTE).
About the role:
This role sits at the intersection of business operations and enterprise technology, with a focus on shaping how SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) supports asset performance across the organisation.
Working closely with operational leaders and technology partners, you will set priorities, guide delivery, and continuously enhance how asset management processes are enabled through systems.
It’s an opportunity to play a key role in aligning business needs with technology direction, ensuring the platform evolves in step with operational priorities while delivering meaningful improvements in maintenance, reliability, and asset performance.
Key responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating operational needs into clear technology direction.
Establish and uplift governance across system improvements, integrations, and enhancements in the enterprise applications domain.
Guide and oversee delivery partners and service providers to achieve high-quality outcomes
Drive continuous improvement across enterprise processes with a focus on asset management processes, including maintenance and lifecycle performance
Manage portfolio priorities, risks, and budgets to ensure outcomes are achieved effectively
Facilitate stakeholder forums and working groups to align direction and track progress
Define and maintain a value-driven SAP EAM roadmap aligned to business priorities and outcomes.

A degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience shaping or managing S/4HANA EAM / asset management technical platforms.
Strength in roadmap development, governance, and aligning technology to business priorities.
Demonstrates strong planning and execution skills
Experience working with vendors, system integrators, or external delivery partners.
Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across operations and technology.
Strong understanding of maintenance, reliability, or asset lifecycle processes.
Experience operating in complex, asset-intensive environments.
The ability to communicate clearly and bridge business and technology perspectives.
This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Perth.
