About the Role

Lead day-to-day cafe operations

Ensure consistent coffee quality & workflow efficiency

Train, support, and supervise barista & FOH staff

Manage stock and ordering

Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation across the café

Take ownership of the customer experience from first hello to last sip
About You

Previous experience as a Senior or Head Barista

Confident leading and training staff
-
Bubbly, energetic, and passionate about creating a welcoming atmosphere

Calm, organised, and reliable
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Available for early mornings, weekends, and peak times
