Who will you be working with?
You'll be joining a respected and established insurance brokerage with a strong presence across SME, commercial, transport, domestic and franchise portfolios. The business has built an excellent reputation for client service and continues to invest in its people, systems and long-term growth.

You'll become part of a successful SME division led by an approachable and highly experienced Team Leader who is passionate about mentoring and developing her team. What will you be doing?
- Manage an established SME portfolio from end to end
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate renewals, endorsements and policy servicing
- Negotiate with insurers to achieve quality client outcomes
- Assist with new business opportunities and portfolio growth
- Deliver exceptional service while maintaining compliance standards
What do you need?
- Minimum 2 years' insurance broking experience
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
- Experience servicing SME clients and portfolios
- Ability to manage accounts with a high level of autonomy
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Organised, proactive and client-focused approach
