Training Manager - D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
About the Role
Hewitt is seeking a Training Manager to design, coordinate and deliver the end-to-end training approach for our D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management ERP implementation. This role will translate future-state business processes, role-based security, system design and change outcomes into practical training that supports user readiness and adoption. You will work closely with Functional Leads, Business Process Owners, Change, Testing, Data and our implementation partner to ensure training is aligned, timely and effective. This is a full-time role based in our Brisbane office. Given the highly collaborative nature of the ERP program, the successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and project teams on-site five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
-
Develop and deliver the ERP training strategy, training plan and delivery schedule aligned to program milestones.
- Translate approved D365 processes, system designs and ways of working into clear, user-focused training materials, learning plans, scripts, quick reference guides and job aids.
- Plan and coordinate classroom, virtual, hands-on and self-paced learning sessions for end users, SMEs, process owners and super users.
- Support the ERP Change Manager with the super user network, training readiness updates and business readiness activities through go-live.
- Support cutover and hypercare through refresher training, common question guides, knowledge articles, floor-walking support and lessons learned.
About You
You are an experienced training leader with a strong background in system, process or business change programs, ideally within ERP or enterprise systems environments. You know how to turn complex business processes, system designs and technical documentation into practical learning that helps users build confidence and capability. You bring strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and you are comfortable working across different functions, locations and levels of the business. You are organised, collaborative and outcomes-focused, with a contemporary approach to learning, digital tools and adoption.
You Will Bring
-
Demonstrated experience leading training for system, process or business change programs, with exposure to ERP, finance, supply chain or enterprise systems implementations.
- Strong working knowledge of D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or comparable Tier-1 ERP platforms, with exposure to finance, procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, sales or master planning processes.
- Demonstrated experience across training needs analysis, curriculum and content design, training delivery, facilitation and learning evaluation.
- Confidence using learning management and authoring tools, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with relevant qualifications or experience in Learning & Development, change management, instructional design, business process improvement or project delivery desirable.
