About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Signage Installer / Production Team Member to join our growing team. This role involves the production, assembly, and installation of a wide range of signage products, ensuring all work is completed to a high professional standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture, assemble, and prepare signage for installation.
- Install various types of signage, including:
- Shopfront signs
- Vehicle graphics and wraps
- Window graphics and frosting
- Wall graphics
- Reception signs
- ACM panels, lightboxes, and illuminated signs
- Banners, pull-up banners, and promotional displays
- Operate signage production equipment and tools safely.
- Measure, cut, weed, laminate, and apply vinyl graphics.
- Load, transport, and unload signage materials and equipment.
- Conduct site surveys and assist with project planning when required.
- Ensure installations are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
Requirements
- Previous experience in signage production and installation preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling signage materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- White Card (preferred).
