We are currently seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our Community Living Supports for Refugees (CLSR) program, supporting adults from multicultural backgrounds—particularly those who have lived in Australia less than 10 years, working with people from Iran, Sri Lanka and Afghanistan.
This rewarding role supports participants experiencing mental illness to build independence, confidence, and wellbeing through trauma informed- recovery‑oriented, person‑centered approach.
As a Refugee -Case Manager, you will provide flexible, outreach‑based support to participants across Cumberland, Parramatta, Blacktown and The Hills regions. Working both in homes and the community, you will help clients develop practical life skills, access services, and navigate the Australian support system.
