We are looking for young, energetic, and technically trained Machinery Lubrication Technicians who are passionate about hands-on industrial work and eager to build a long-term career in manufacturing maintenance.
Role Overview
As a Machinery Lubrication Technician, you will be responsible for executing lubrication-related maintenance activities across manufacturing and industrial sites. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career technicians who have completed a Machinery Lubrication Technician course and want real-world site exposure.
You will work closely with maintenance engineers, reliability teams, and site supervisors to ensure machinery operates efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive lubrication of industrial machinery and equipment
- Identify correct lubricant types, quantities, and application methods
- Follow lubrication schedules, checklists, and maintenance plans
- Inspect machinery for early signs of wear, contamination, or lubrication failure
- Maintain accurate lubrication logs, service records, and reports
- Assist with oil sampling, contamination control, and basic condition monitoring
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and PPE requirements
- Support shutdown, breakdown, and reliability maintenance activities when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lubrication tools and storage areas
Eligibility & RequirementsMandatory
- Completed Machinery Lubrication Technician course (certified)
- Based in Sydney or nearby suburbs (or willing to travel to industrial sites)
- Basic understanding of industrial machinery and lubrication principles
- Willingness to work on-site in manufacturing environments
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience
- Exposure to manufacturing, mining, food processing, or heavy industry
- White Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer or mobile app usage for maintenance reporting
