What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for an independent, high-energy Barista who can handle a morning rush with confidence and consistency. If you have a passion for hospitality, take pride in your extractions, and bring a positive, reliable attitude to early mornings, you will thrive here.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of consistent barista experience in a high-volume environment (essential).
- Skills: Strong communication and the ability to workflow and prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Customer Service: A warm, engaging personality with excellent counter and table service skills.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and a true team player.
