CRU Bar & Cellar is seeking skilled and passionate Front of House staff looking for a long-term role within our team.

The Role
We are hiring Front of House / Wait Staff with approximately 20–24 or 30–38 hours per week, depending on availability.
What we’re looking for
You will bring:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a busy hospitality venue
- Good wine knowledge, with a strong willingness to learn and develop further
- Confidence recommending wines and guiding guests through the list
- A friendly, professional attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high personal presentation standards
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering warm, consistent service
- Availability for night shifts is essential, with finish times up to 1am on busier services.
- A current RSA
- Available to work nights, until as late as 1am

Pay & Conditions:
Cru pays weekly on Tuesdays, in line with the Hospitality Industry General Award (Level 2):
- Base rate: $33.85 per hour
- Saturdays: $40.62 per hour
- Sundays: $47.39 per hour
Highly experienced and knowledgeable candidates may be considered for Level 3.
