ZOI Education Pty Ltd is a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO 45174) delivering high-quality vocational education programs to domestic and international students. We specialise in industry-focused training with strong employment outcomes.
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced ICT Trainer to deliver ICT60220 Advanced Diploma of Information Technology on a casual basis.
About the Role
This is a casual position with flexible working arrangements.
Training delivery may include face-to-face and/or online sessions, depending on student cohorts.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, compliant, and industry-relevant training and assessment aligned with ASQA standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and assess units within ICT60220 Advanced Diploma of IT
- Facilitate engaging and practical learning experiences
- Ensure compliance with ASQA, RTO Standards (2025), and training package requirements
- Maintain accurate training and assessment records (LMS/eSkilled)
- Participate in validation and continuous improvement processes
- Support student learning and progression outcomes
Essential Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology (Diploma or higher)
- TAE40116 / TAE40122 (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated industry experience in ICT (e.g. networking, cloud, cybersecurity, systems, or business analysis)
- Current industry currency
- Strong understanding of VET compliance and ASQA requirements
- Excellent communication and classroom facilitation skills
Desirable
- Experience delivering ICT60220 or similar qualifications
- Experience with online delivery and virtual labs
- Experience teaching international students
