Due to continued growth and expansion, Autosports Group is seeking a high-performing Business Manager to join our brand-new electric vehicle dealership.
Representing one of the world's fastest-growing electric vehicle brands, this is a rare opportunity to join a dealership from day one and play a key role in launching an exciting new brand into the Australian market.
As a Business Manager, you’ll take ownership of delivering finance volume, F&I income, and departmental profitability in line with OEM and internal targets.

In this role you will:

Support customer finance and insurance enquiries - both by phone, email and walk-in

Prepare and submit new finance and insurance applications

Work with relevant financiers to ensure up to date product knowledge and accreditation

Assist with the settlement of new car purchases

Maintain compliance with OEM Finance and all regulatory requirements

Adapt to changing market conditions and consistently meet financial goals

Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.

Maintain contact with all prospective customers in order to build relationships and develop sales opportunities.

Proven success in a Business Manager role, ideally within automotive finance

Be focused on providing outstanding customer experience

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

Has a results-driven approach with high personal accountability

Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Strictly comply with regulatory and business partners compliance requirements

Computer literate, with experience on finance-based platforms
