We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Retail Innovation Delivery Project Manager on an 18-month Fixed Term contract to join our Property team and play a key role in delivering exciting retail innovation, flagship, and store development projects.
This role is instrumental in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to MECCA's exceptional standards, while collaborating with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to bring our retail vision to life.
The Role You Could Play:
Reporting to the Head of Retail Innovation Delivery, you will support the successful delivery of retail innovation and store development projects from planning through to execution. You will:

Coordinate project schedules, documentation, stakeholder communications and procurement activities across multiple retail projects

Support the delivery of flagship, innovation and store development projects by monitoring milestones, tracking actions and escalating risks where required

Manage project administration including budgets, purchase orders, cost tracking, meeting coordination, action registers and project reporting

Coordinate suppliers, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are achieved on time and to company standards

Support store build execution, defect management, landlord contribution claims and project handovers across active projects
What You Will Bring:
You are an organised and solutions-focused project professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across multiple stakeholders. Ideally, you will bring:

1–3 years' experience in project coordination, store development, retail delivery, property, construction administration or a related field

Strong project administration, organisation and stakeholder management skills with excellent attention to detail

Confidence working with budgets, quotations, procurement processes and financial tracking

A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines

Qualifications in Project Management, Construction, Design, Property or a related discipline are desirable, with exposure to retail fit-out, store development or construction environments highly regarded
