Be the Tutor Who Changes a Life.
When students walk through our doors, they’re not just learning equations or essay writing—they're stepping into a space where they’re seen, supported, and believed in.
At Spectrum Tuition, we’re not just filling positions.
We’re building a team of tutors who believe in potential, in progress, and in the power of education to shift the course of a young person’s life.
If that’s you, we want to meet you.
Who You Are:
You’re not here to clock in and clock out. You’re here because you remember what it felt like to not get it—and what it meant when someone helped you finally see it.
More importantly, you’re looking for a role that grows with you — not just a short-term job.
You:
- light up when a student finally understands something that once felt impossible.
- believe every child can rise—if given the right support.
- are committed, consistent, and calm under pressure.
- might be studying education, or maybe just always felt like teaching was something in you.
What You’ll Do:
- Teach small groups using our structured curriculum (Years Prep–12, English & Maths as well as Scholarship and Selective Preparation classes)
- Mark student's work and provide constructive feedback.
- Build real relationships with your students—they’ll remember your name for years
- Be a positive role model who inspires and motivates students.
- Become part of a team that believes in growing people, not just marks
- Receive full support, training, and mentoring every step of the way
