Patmore Feeds is seeking a motivated Mill Operator who is available to work on rotating shifts to join our production team on a full-time basis in Cuballing, Western Australia.

You will be responsible for:

Assisting mill operators with daily production processes.
-
Supporting safe/efficient operation of plant and equipment.
-
Operating forklifts and telehandlers as required.
-
Assist/operate with raw material intake, handling, and storage processes.
-
Assist/operate with finished product out-loading and dispatch processes.
-
Conducting sampling and basic testing of raw materials and finished feed.
-
Perform routine quality checks (moisture, pellet quality, visual inspections)
- Maintaining accurate QA documentation and records to support traceability and compliance.

Carry out routine cleaning, housekeeping, and general labouring to maintain hygiene standards.

Working collaboratively with all operational team members.
