Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Monitor project costs, profitability, and financial performance.
- Develop financial models to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership on budgeting and cost control.
- Evaluate financial risks and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
- Support cash flow forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with financial reporting systems and ERP software is preferred.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Experience within the construction, engineering, or property industry is an advantage.

Pay: $125,000.00 per year
