Our busy kitchen requires a hard working junior kitchen hand, ideally around 16 years of age. Main duties will be washing dishes with a little food prep also required. This is one of the most important roles in the kitchen, so you will ideally be confident and can stay calm under pressure. Must be physically fit, with the ability to stand, bend, carry heavy objects, enthusiastic and flexible with availability. The majority of shifts are evenings and weekends, so full availability Friday, Saturday nights and Sundays is a must.
