About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused Casual Club Attendant to join our team.
This is a hands-on role across bar, gaming and floor service, where you’ll deliver great service and create positive experiences for our members and guests.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, professional customer service across all areas
- Serve food and beverages efficiently in bar and function spaces
- Support gaming operations in line with club standards
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile floats accurately
- Assist with customer enquiries and service requests
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the venue
- Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG and club policies
About You
- Experience in hospitality, clubs or customer service (essential)
- Previous gaming, TAB or Keno experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, team-focused and well presented
- Confident in cash handling and working in a fast-paced environment
- Current RSA & RCG (essential)
- Flexible availability across days, nights, weekends & public holidays
- Valid Australian working rights
