We’re on the lookout for a highly organised, proactive and positive Administration Officer to join our team on a full-time basis, based in Garbutt, Townsville. This is more than just an administration role - you’ll be in the engine room supporting our HR, IT, Safety and Training functions, helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between branches when required
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Human Resources Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support across a range of areas, including:

Managing procurement and finance processes across HR, IT, Safety and Training

Developing user guides and documentation
-
Coordinating travel, bookings and detailed itineraries for all employees
-
Scheduling and organising training across the business, ensuring all administrative functions are whole and complete

Managing IT onboarding and offboarding for employees, including basic troubleshooting support and working closely with external providers

Maintaining accurate records and tracking systems in existing platforms

Supporting decision making with timely advice and thorough research

Providing general administrative support (scanning, filing, document prep and more)

Occasional travel throughout our dealership network to perform audits
