We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Skin Therapist / Dermal Therapist to join our growing Chapel Street team.
About the Role
As a Skin Therapist / Dermal Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering advanced skin treatments, conducting professional consultations, and creating customized treatment plans that help clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about skin health, client outcomes, and continuous professional development within the aesthetic industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Care & Consultations
- Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and assessments.
- Develop tailored treatment plans based on client concerns and goals.
- Educate clients on treatment options, skincare products, and aftercare protocols.
- Build long-term relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up care.
Advanced Skin Treatments
- Perform professional skin and facial treatments.
- Operate advanced aesthetic devices including Laser, IPL, HIFU, RF Microneedling, and other skin technologies (training provided where required).
- Ensure treatments are delivered safely and according to clinic protocols.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
Clinic Operations
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to the highest hygiene standards.
- Support day-to-day clinic operations and presentation.
- Assist with stock management and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with all clinic policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Business Growth
- Recommend suitable treatment plans and skincare products.
- Support clinic revenue targets through ethical treatment and retail recommendations.
- Contribute positively to clinic culture and team performance.
Skills & Experience RequiredEssential
- Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or Diploma of Dermal Therapy.
- Experience performing advanced skin treatments.
- Strong understanding of skin anatomy, skin conditions, and active ingredients.
- Excellent consultation and communication skills.
- Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Availability to work Saturdays.
Desirable
- Experience with Laser and IPL devices.
- Microneedling and RF Microneedling experience.
- HIFU treatment experience.
- LED Light Therapy knowledge.
- Body contouring treatment experience.
- Retail skincare sales experience.
