We are seeking an experienced and motivated Corporate Services Manager to join our growing team on a full-time permanent basis.

Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience)
About the Role
The Corporate Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organisation's corporate operations, including administration, finance, human resources, compliance, and business support functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient organisational performance and supporting the delivery of high-quality disability services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic administrative and operational support to senior management to assist with organisational planning and decision-making.
- Develop, implement, and review corporate policies, procedures, and operational systems to ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, and organisational requirements.
- Coordinate and manage administrative, financial, human resource, and facility-related functions to support efficient business operations.
- Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and management of budgets, financial reports, resource allocation, and expenditure controls.
- Analyse organisational processes and operational performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, business submissions, and other documentation required by management and external stakeholders.
- Lead, supervise, and support administrative staff, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring high standards of performance.
- Coordinate risk management, quality assurance, and compliance activities in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies.
- Liaise with government agencies, community organisations, service providers, and other stakeholders to support organisational objectives.
- Represent the organisation at meetings, networking events, industry forums, and community engagement activities as required.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in corporate services, business operations, administration management, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and people management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in financial administration, budgeting, and reporting.
- Sound understanding of compliance, governance, and operational management principles.
- Experience within the disability, community services, health, or not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
