We are seeking an experienced kitchen hand and packaging assistant with a passion for artisan confectionery to join our growing team. About the Role
As our Kitchen Hand and Food Packaging Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with preparation, production and packing a range of premium confectionery and patisserie items. You will work closely with our production and creative teams to maintain consistency, quality, and efficiency across all products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with the preparation and production of cooking batches.
- Operate industrial equipment for mincing, mixing and batch preparation.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across kitchen equipment, benches, floors and storage areas.
- Assist with basic food preparation and other tasks as directed by the chefs.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
- Support the production and kitchen team with general duties as required.
