We are seeking vibrant Group Fitness Instructors to build our comprehensive group fitness offering seven days a week from 6:00am to 8:30pm.

Essential Criteria:

Registered fitness leaders
-
Les Mills qualified
-
Working With Children/Vulnerable People check
-
Current CPR certification
Duties and Responsibilities and Expectations:
-
Classes cover a 7-day timetable from 6am to 8:30pm
-
To exceed the expectations of members in our Group Fitness Program
-
To be available to assist in regular timetable participation in allocated and fill in classes
-
To be able to instruct safely while providing members with a challenging and fun environment.
About You
-
A passion for member engagement and high quality customer service;
-
Demonstrated group exercise experience while ensuring safety, growth and quality;
-
Proven ability to develop, propose and implement ideas;
-
Experience with setting and meeting performance targets and motivating members;
-
Strong interest and passionate about health & fitness industry;
-
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver innovate fitness programs;
Education and Qualifications
-
Minimum of 2 years experience within the industry;
-
First Aid & CPR;
-
Recognized health and fitness qualifications to a minimum level of Certificate IV including Registration with Fitness Australia desirable, not essential
-
Working with Children clearance.
