As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will actively assist in branch operations, including the checking, packing, and dispatch of sales orders, while supporting workshop and site service activities.
You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, ensuring timely deliveries, and contributing to a positive company reputation through prompt and courteous service.

What does your day look like:
- Organise, pick, charge, and dispatch daily orders with correct documentation

Inspect and test hose assemblies in line with QA and ISO procedures

Complete quality assurance checks prior to dispatch

Coordinate freight bookings and communicate consignment details to clients

Assist site services teams with onsite customer requirements (local and interstate, including outside normal hours where required)

Maintain high warehouse presentation standards

Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
Who are you?

A current and valid driver’s licence
-
Strong computer literacy including MS Office

Desirable: Forklift Licence

A positive learning attitude and willingness to adapt to changing business requirements

A strong work ethic and pride in professional presentation

The ability to develop and retain product and service knowledge
