We are looking for confident people who can connect with customers, create sales opportunities and achieve strong results. Experience is preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Approach and assist customers confidently
- Recommend suitable products and repair services
- Upsell and cross-sell mobile accessories
- Work towards individual and store sales targets
- Provide advice about phones, repairs and technology products
- Diagnose faults and complete mobile phone repairs
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Keep the store clean, organised and well presented
What We’re Looking For
- Previous retail, sales or customer service experience
- Strong sales skills and a target-driven mindset
- Confidence approaching and communicating with customers
- Some mobile phone repair experience
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- A strong interest in technology
- A reliable, energetic and positive attitude
- Availability to work shopping-centre hours, including weekends
