Psychologist – Clinical or General Registration

JC Assist is seeking a Psychologist (Clinical or General Registration) to join our warm, supportive and growing clinic in Lilydale.
This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist looking to step into an established clinic with strong referral pathways, an existing client waitlist, and immediate capacity to build a sustainable caseload without the need for self-generated marketing.
Our clinic has a growing and consistent demand for psychology services, particularly in ASD, ADHD, and neurodivergent presentations across children, adolescents, and adults.
The Opportunity
- $75 per hour (plus superannuation)
- Permanent part-time role – commencing at approximately 15 hours per week
- Opportunity to increase hours as caseload grows (with genuine existing demand)
- Flexible working days and scheduling
- Clinic-based and telehealth sessions
You will be stepping into a role with:
- Established referral pathways from GPs, schools, NDIS, WorkCover, and Carer Gateway
- A current client waitlist ready to allocate
- Strong and ongoing internal clinic referrals
- Full administrative support (scheduling, intake, and billing handled for you)
- A professional clinic environment with supportive leadership and team culture
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing evidence-based psychological therapy across a varied caseload
- Working with children, adolescents, and adults
- Supporting clients with:
- ADHD and ASD
- Anxiety and depression
- Neurodivergent presentations
- NDIS and complex mental health needs
- Writing clinical notes, reports, and documentation as required
About You
We are looking for a Psychologist who:
- Holds current AHPRA registration as a Clinical or General Psychologist
- Is eligible for and able to maintain a Medicare Provider Number
- Has confidence managing a varied clinical caseload
- Is compassionate, client-focused, and relationship-driven
- Communicates clearly and builds strong therapeutic rapport
- Is seeking a long-term role within a growing clinic
Experience or interest in ASD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergent populations will be highly regarded.
