Are you a people person who loves health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals? Transform180 Green Valley is looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Receptionist / Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
This is more than just a reception role. You'll be the first impression of our club, building relationships with members, welcoming new faces, and helping prospective members take the first step towards transforming their lives.
About the Role
As our Receptionist / Sales Consultant, you will:
- Welcome members and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and member enquiries.
- Conduct club tours and introduce potential members to our memberships.
- Follow up sales enquiries and convert leads into memberships.
- Build strong relationships with members to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Process memberships, payments, and general administration tasks.
- Assist with social media enquiries and day-to-day marketing activities.
- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the reception area.
- Help create a positive, motivating, and supportive club culture.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, with the ability to confidently build rapport and close sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in the fitness, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Experience using CRM or membership management systems.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
- Interest in health and fitness.
