The Role
Storage King is looking for an Outbound Customer Sales Specialist to join our Customer Sales Team in Dandenong.
If you enjoy talking to customers, building rapport and turning conversations into sales, this could be a great fit. You’ll connect with customers who have already shown an interest in Storage King, understand what they need and help them find the right storage solution.
You’ll be comfortable working towards targets, handling objections and following opportunities through from initial enquiry to reservation and move-in.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with leads and sales opportunities.
- Build rapport, understand customer needs and recommend the right storage solution.
- Convert enquiries into reservations and move-ins.
- Confidently handle questions and objections using solution-based selling.
- Promote Storage King products, services and current offers.
- Keep CRM records and follow-up activity accurate and up to date.
- Support sales campaigns and customer retention initiatives.
- Work closely with our stores and the wider Customer Sales Team to achieve results.
- Assist with inbound customer enquiries when required.
Working Hours
Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm
Total 38 hours per week
Flexibility will be required to assist with shift coverage as needed.
What You’ll Bring
You’re someone who enjoys the challenge of sales, is comfortable picking up the phone and gets satisfaction from turning a customer enquiry into a great outcome.
- 2+ years’ experience in sales, customer service or a contact centre environment.
- Experience in outbound sales or another target-driven environment.
- A confident, friendly communication style and professional phone manner.
- Strong rapport-building, questioning and objection-handling skills.
- Motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong organisation, follow-up and attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- A reliable, team-focused approach and willingness to solve problems.
