At this time we are particularly seeking Support workers who are available for a variety of shifts in both SIL accommodation and community support in Redbank/Redbank Plains and Goodna. You will have the flexibility to work various shifts including long and short shifts. Standard shift will likely be 4 - 6 hrs plus.
- Availability to work evening shifts from 5pm is essential.
- Availability to provide work experience supervision hours signed off for enrolled Cert 3 in Individual Support Students.
- Advantage for staff living in the Ipswich area as work will be close to home guaranteed.

Essential Criteria
Certificate III in Disability/Mental Health or emplyed experience in a related field
Experience in disability and mental health environments
Experience working with high needs, complex care clients Experience supporting clients with mental health, complex behaviours & BIS
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Valid driver’s licence, and comprehensively insured motor vehicle National Police Clearance (PAID within last 6 months)
NDIS Worker Screening
First Aid Valid within 3 years/CPR Certificate Valid within 1 year
Working with Children Check
National Police Check Valid Within 3 years
