We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mediterranean or Greek cuisine, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and presentation.
- Create seasonal and innovative dishes that reflect authentic Greek and Mediterranean flavors.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring a positive, efficient, and professional work environment.
- Maintain inventory levels, cost controls, and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with ownership and front-of-house management to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage cost efficiency and maintain high-quality standards.
- A passion for food, creativity, and hospitality.

Pay: $64,872.58 – $105,123.25 per year
