Essential Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
-Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management role within residential aged care
-Strong leadership, clinical governance, and people management skills
-Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Sound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
