Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join the leadership team at The Prince Consort in Fortitude Valley.
This is a hands-on role at one of Brisbane’s most recognised entertainment venues. You’ll take ownership of bar performance, lead the team through high-volume service and keep beverage quality, stock and operational standards sharp across the venue.
Working closely with the broader leadership team, you’ll spend your time where it matters most—on the floor coaching your team, driving service and making sure the bars are ready to perform through busy weekends, major events and late-night trade.

What You’ll Do
- Lead the bar team during peak service periods
- Coach and support your team to deliver great hospitality every shift
- Own beverage quality, stocktake and beer line standards
- Support bar rostering, ordering and day-to-day bar operations
- Drive customer experience through service, atmosphere and presentation
- Work with the leadership team to continually improve bar performance
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience leading a high-volume bar or hospitality team
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits and cocktails
- Experience managing stock control, ordering and beverage quality
- A hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams and setting clear standards
- A current Queensland RSA certificate
- Availability across days, late nights, weekends and public holidays
